With margin trading, rolling positions can open larger than the size of the deposit, the brokrage broker gives the trader the possibility of using a levrage that equates to tens of times the amount deposited. Here’s a simple explanation of how Margin, and how it works in Forex trading: Suppose you think that the dollar will rise in the term and that it is prefrable to buy the dollar at the moment (cheaply) so that you can sell it at a higher price. For example, the value of the dollar now reaches 3.5 riyals. Which means that 100 thousand dollars worth 350 thousand riyals. If it rises to 3.7 riyals per dollar, then: Will rise by 20 thousand from its previous value. And this determines the building of your reading of the market believes that the dollar will increase its value at least in the future, just because you wait !!

Margin trading can be seen in my own word or it refers to the process in which people who want to invest or purchase stock, don’t have the actual amount required for it, that is by paying some part of the money in order word the money is not paid in full. Margin trading can also be seen as the way an individual use to obtain a stock without him or she having to pay all the cash.
